What We Do

Our company has been developing the heating head for erasing the direct thermal rewritable media based on the thermal head technology, electronics technology and resistive materials.
It has been 10 years since we started the business, the inquiries and requests have been increasing from many different industries.

President's Message

The applications for our proprietary heating head which is precise and fast on thermal response have been becoming more diverse such as thermal re-transfer printing, toner image heat fusing, lamination process, mirror-finish of print media, hologram layer heat fusing, hot-stamp printing and heat sealing process besides the image erasing application for thermal rewritable application.

From the inception of our company, our first emphasis has been to develop the heating head which is easy to control and use by the equipment manufacturers

The heating head has the capability of on demand heating, the thermal characteristics of no pre-heating and the ability to measure the head substrate temperature real-time. Those attributes contribute to savings of power and natural resources as the head driving power can be controlled very precisely

For the next step, we are considering the ability to process various materials to improve the printing efficiency, erasing, re-transferring, color-fasting, protecting from UV rays, adhering, fusing, reacting and moving into the surface protecting technology by lamination.
Improvement of durability and longer life are the objectives

We will continue to develop the "thermal devices which have new possibilities" by applying the nano-technology. We look forward to the new future and endeavor.
